Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar (250ml-8.5oz)
Our bourbon balsamic is amazing used as a glaze on grilled red meats. This balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want the vanilla and fruit flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors.
Density: 1.25
Gluten Free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives added. May contain sulfites.
Ingredients: Grape Must, Wine Vinegar, Bourbon,Bourbon flavors. Alcohol content: 0.05%
